The official Shopware privacy information describes the controller, processing purposes, retention, recipients and your rights across Shopware’s services. This page adds the specific website services used by Hylæan. Features of other Shopware sites, such as shopping accounts, newsletters or application forms, are not activated here simply by linking to that information.
Hosting and delivery
Vercel hosts this website and delivers its pages, research files, images and videos. Requests necessarily transmit technical information, including an IP address and request details, to the hosting infrastructure. This processing supports delivery, reliability and protection against misuse, on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Vercel is a US provider with international infrastructure. Its data processing terms describe processing and transfer safeguards; its privacy notice explains the provider’s own processing and retention. Records are retained only as needed for their purpose and applicable legal obligations; no fixed retention period for every type of infrastructure log is asserted here.
Optional audience measurement
Vercel Web Analytics is loaded only if you enable it below. It reports website usage, such as visited pages, referring sites, browser and device categories. Vercel documents this as cookie-free analytics using a temporary identifier that expires after 24 hours. Analytics are optional and based on your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Declining leaves all research content accessible.

Fonts, films and external links
Fonts, film files, caption tracks and the Shopware logo are served from this website. Playing a film does not load a third-party video player. Links to Shopware, social networks and other research sites open services governed by their own privacy notices. Their content is not embedded as a social feed.
Contact by email
Choosing an email link opens your email application. If you send a message, the recipient processes your email address, message and any details you include to respond. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for correspondence, or Article 6(1)(b) where your request concerns a contract. Retention depends on the purpose of the correspondence and any applicable record-keeping duties.
Your rights
Subject to the applicable legal conditions, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent for future processing. Contact the controller above. You may complain to a supervisory authority; Shopware identifies the North Rhine-Westphalia authority in its official notice. This site does not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about its visitors.
